The Care Your Pet Deserves
Cancellation/Appointment Policy: Because we work by appointment only we appreciate notice 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are harder to fill and results in a loss of income for that appointment time. We understand emergencies happen and while last minute cancellations are a part of life, we expect them to be uncommon. For clients who fail to show to for their scheduled appointment a fee of up to 50% for services scheduled may be incurred. Repeated no call/no show will result in fees up to 100% of the services scheduled and future appointments may be refused. All clients are required to keep an active card on file to hold your appointment. Your card will ONLY be charged in case of one of the aforementioned incidents.
Potty policy: Please make your best effort to potty your pets before their appointment. If you dog has an accident during their groom and requires extra bathing and cleaning care, an extra fee may be charged as this requires extra time and supplies.
Leash policy: PLEASE LEASH YOUR PET! This is for your safety, your dog's safety and the comfort and security of our neighboring business and customers.
Vaccine policy: The Municipality of Anchorage requires all dogs to be current on Rabies. Please bring a copy of your dog's current rabies certificate with you to your appointment. It is our policy to allow medical professionals to determine which vaccines (Other than Rabies) your pet needs. It is up to you and your veterinarian to provide a safe level of protection for your dog.
Aggressive dogs: While we accept all dog breeds, if your dog is known to have aggression issues please let us know ahead of time so we can schedule a convenient time for both of us. Safety is our number 1 priority. If we cannot safely provide you service your dog will be returned to you immediately and no future services will be scheduled.
Senior/handicapped Dogs: While we do not have a set age limit for grooming our older friends, there may come a time when we’re no longer able to provide a safe service for you. Grooming is stressful and can uncover or irritate any medical issues. Sometimes it just takes extra hands. Please know that every attempt will be made to accommodate your dog in these cases, but when safety cannot be ensured we will be unable to provide you service.
Payment: We accept credit or debit cards, cash and even online invoicing.
Photography and video: We reserve the right to photograph/video your pet for use in promotional material. You can choose to opt out on the new client form.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
